The car with a very short Scott Stegman!
The car had been stripped to bare metal and meticulously restored while undergoing convertible conversion. It was originally a targa, same chassis as a cabriolet, it had all factory supports installed along with a manual top.
Car showed up with no motor, and the trans and 3.6 in a pickup. It had no interior at that time. It has since had a black leather 1989 911turbo interior installed complete with sport seats.

Drivetrain
Here's a kevlar clutch disk and the 3.6 915 flywheel. Nice clutch cover. Actually other than some surface rust it was in very good condition. This disk will take the torque of the 3.6.
Another view of the flywheel with studs installed. Note the early pilot bearing.
Look to the left and you will see the notch in the 915 transmission. Also installed fresh gude tube.
We used a stock carrera exhaust for this. He just welded a tip
on the catalyst! Now that's devotion.
Lo-Ri-Duh rides a little lowah.....
It's Alive! Not bad for 1 day!
Might be a good idea to mount the AC Condesner
Ready for it's trip back to New York State
