No smoke, no mirrors, just fast.

Day One - Arrive JAX ready for Bear
Day Two - Historic Races, and some other stuff
Day Three - Rolex 24 starts
Day Four - End of the race and we are forced to leave

OK - so we all took a nap, so Day Four started at the Go Kart Track.

Midnight at the GO-kart track.  Thanks to Manny and Dennis Howard.  Excellent!
Shiney, DOugie, Neon, Dr. T, Nurple (mostly healed), Brendan, Mr. Shaw and Jack.

Then back to the stands at the track.  Kevin's been in the lead since about 5pm.

Here's how to keep your beer cold and your hands warm,.  No, that's not it. Who cares.  I'm not drivin' and neither is Brendan!

Oooh..that last Schaef was a bad idea.  Nurple's soberer than I am.  Wow.

So I walked over to Bob Miller, PCA Pres 2002 and before, and I say "Bob, can I offer you my last beer"?
he says "Darn right you can".
As I handed it to him I said "When only the best will do, well, go someplace else"  and we had a good laugh.  Real good guy and we all owe him a great debt for all his years of service.  Tom Bobbit  is just starting his journey in 2003.

Nurple had to go home due to an unfortunate problem with the Elkton constabulary.  In the picture from right to left: Doug "Dougie" Nickel, Scott "Scotty Don't " or "Jack" Belles, Bob Miller, President of PCA 1900-2002 or so it seems, John "Neon" Walton, Scott "Shiney" Clabaugh, Steve "Dr. T" Timmins, Tom "I just bought a brand new GT3 Cup Car Ha Ha Ha!" Bobbit, new PCA President for 2003, and RickShaw.  Brendan's behind the camera.

Porsche Wins.  Mua-ha-ha-haha! Muuuah-ha ha ha ha!

On the way out Scotty Don't is presented with a bouquet by a bunch of admiring Bikers.  He sure did Miss America proud. And those are real tears too!
