Here we are in Novelber 2005.  This is with only track use.  The "slip fit" collectors welded themselves together which eventally let to a stress induced failure:



Note there is no rust where the blowout occured, and the inside of the tubes are clean.  BOY did this make some noise!






Can you guess why we started making our own stainless headers out of 1-3/4" or 1-7/8" 304 tubing?



These are the same headers as those with heat exchangers, just no exchangers and straight tips.  We reccomend Supertrapps, Coast Mufflers or Spintechs. These are made with 4-bolt flanges 4-6 side for compatibility with both 964 and 993 style heads.
