This 2009 Porsche 911 is a visually stunning vehicle that is sure to turn heads. This is the “S” model 911.
This car does not have the IMS issues that some earlier models have.

The 2009 Porsche 911 and 911 S are both exceptional sports cars, known for their performance, precision engineering, and iconic design.  This car is a 911 S, and there are some notable differences between these two models:

Engine and Performance:

The standard 2009 Porsche 911 is equipped with a 3.6-liter flat-six engine, producing around 345 horsepower and 288 lb-ft of torque.

In contrast, the 2009 Porsche 911 S boasts a more powerful 3.8-liter flat-six engine, delivering approximately 385 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque. This results in quicker acceleration and a higher top speed compared to the base model.

Acceleration and Top Speed:

Due to the increased horsepower and torque, the 911 S accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour slightly faster than the standard 911.

The 2009 Porsche 911 S can achieve a higher top speed, making it even more suitable for enthusiasts who crave exhilarating performance.

Suspension and Handling:

My 911 S comes with a sport-tuned suspension system, providing a more agile and responsive driving experience. It’s designed for those who prioritize sharp handling and precise steering.

Porsche Chrono Package:

Chronograph Dial:

One of the most noticeable elements of the Chrono Package is the addition of a chronograph dial or stopwatch on the dashboard or instrument cluster. This analog or digital timer allows the driver to measure lap times and other performance-related intervals accurately.

Sport and Sport Plus Modes:

The Chrono Package includes selectable driving modes, such as “Sport” and “Sport Plus.” These modes optimize the vehicle’s settings for more spirited driving. They can adjust parameters like throttle response, suspension firmness, and shift points in automatic transmissions to deliver a more dynamic driving experience.

Launch Control:

This technology optimizes acceleration off the line by carefully managing engine power and traction. It’s particularly useful for achieving rapid starts in high-performance situations, such as track days.

Performance Display:

The package also includes a performance display that provides real-time data about the car’s acceleration, G-forces, and lap times. This feature can be valuable for tracking and improving driving skills, especially on the race track.

Integration with Infotainment System:

This Porsche model with the Chrono Package integrates the chronograph and performance data with the infotainment system, allowing you to review and analyze your driving data after a track day or spirited drive.

It has a tastefully modified exhaust and is in excellent running condition, having been owned since last summer.

Sharkwerks Xpipe to delete center muffler.

Muffler delete but I have the original if you prefer to the X pipes. (You get both)

Badge delete, but I have a new badge that will come with the car.

Purchased for a fun 50th birthday in Los Angeles. I put a new battery in, and drove across the country. This car is loads of fun.

Next, I got all new Michelin tires and alignment once I got here. (and took a fun trip to Florida last September.) I replaced the hood shocks and both taillights as well.

Ventilated seats are awesome.

I have both keys. The sunroof works. Everything works that I know of.

This was most recently a California car but now it’s in Indiana. This past winter I stored the car in a climate controlled garage. Never driven in Indiana winter.

PDK transmission serviced (80k miles I think) and is awesome.

One door ding on passenger side. I tried to show in the photo.

Car was in minor accident – left rear cosmetic repair only right where quarter panel meets top of bumper cover. See pictures.

***No title defects. There was an odometer issue on an old title. I found all documentation and corrected this when the Indiana title was issued July 2022. New title shows actual miles. New battery July 2022. New tires and alignment August 2022. Tire date code 0722.***
