A new suspension brace must be fabricated to clear the transmission mount. It’s about 1.5″ mong and designed for the 6 speed which has a mount about 5″ forward in the car where the floor pan is in this car.
The solution is to make a Chromoly steel (4310) brace out of 1″ 0.092 tubings and 1″x2″ “C” channel.

Second Gen was square tube but that was not low enough so we redesigned and manufactured
This is shown upside down. It was completed 6/1 and epoxy coated to match the rear suspension.
